Chief Development Officer

As a lifelong advocate for the development and growth of girls & women, the mission of BIO Girls deeply resonated with Alyssa. She served as a volunteer on the Gala Committee and felt called to jump at the opportunity to work alongside the incredible BIO Girls team to advance the organization's mission! Alyssa joined the team in 2025.

Alyssa received both her degree in Marketing and Masters degree in Higher Education from UND. She worked in higher education for seven years before transitioning to a sales role for the last 8 years.

A proud North Dakotan, her favorite moments are spent with her son, and their mini Goldendoodle. You’ll also find her trying to keep her sourdough starter alive, organizing closets, laughing at group texts with friends, spending time with family, listening to podcasts, or squeezing in a workout.
