May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Our friends at Valley Christian Counseling, are sharing faith-based mental health tips, reminding people that healing and peace are possible through Christ-centered care and community support.
Wil Ihmels, '24-25 Gatorade North Dakota Boys Cross Country Player of the Year
Wil Ihmels, a senior at Century High School, Bismarck, ND has been awarded the Gatorade North Dakota Boys Cross Country Player of the Year 2024-2025 for outstanding performance in cross country. With this prestigious award, winners can designate a $1,000 grant to a 501(c)3 youth sports organization through the Play it Forward Program of the Gatorade Foundation. Ihmels selected Fargo, ND-based BIO Girls, Inc. to receive his grant.
