BIO Girls' 3rd Annual Find Your Kind 5K is proudly presented by:

Pinnacle Health Care

A word from our presenting sponsor:

“My name is Ender Raghib. I've been a pediatrician in Fargo since 2003. In 2006, I opened Pinnacle Health Care.

At our clinic, our patients are newborns.
Our patients our 20-something's.
And our patients are every age in between.

We see kids grow through many stages of physical and mental maturation. We also see them grow emotionally. The emotional growth is arguably the most challenging for most people. In our early years, our emotions are raw, real, and present in the moment. There are no pretenses of how we're supposed to feel. No society telling us how to feel. No one telling us who we are supposed to be. But that changes with time. Our ability to be okay just being ourselves faces relentless pressure to be, do, think and feel the way everyone but ourselves wants us to. And is a fight to persist in loving who we are, physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. And that fight has been difficult for many years and it is escalating in our youth today.

The mission of BIO Girls, Beautiful Inside and Out, is exactly our approach to taking care of patients. We cannot focus on one and ignore the other because they are not exclusive entities.

I have known Missy Heilman for many years. The year she started the program she came to the clinic with a few posters, some info to hand out and a dream to help. Missy recognized the challenges that young people face as they grow and in particular the specific and unique challenges young females can face.

We have supported BIO Girls from the beginning. The impact this program is having on young ladies is incredible and they take that growth and impact not only themselves but their entire world.

This year we have had the incredibly exciting opportunity to be the sponsor for the Find Your Kind 5K. A culmination of all the growth and development these young ladies have made and an incredible celebration of loving yourself. Of letting the beauty, inside and out, shine through and leading others through empowering themselves!”
