BIO Girls is on a mission to improve the mental health of adolescent girls through empowerment of self and connection with others. Our proven curriculum helps girls explore what it means to build self-worth, develop resilience, and form meaningful connections. They gain tools to understand their inner voice, navigate life’s challenges, and experience a true sense of belonging through positive mentorship.
But this work doesn’t happen without people like you.
It happens when people who wish they could go back and tell their 10-year-old self, “You’re going to be okay” decide to say yes to something bigger.

And every single one of those program locations started the same way: one person raised their hand and said, “I want to bring this to my community.”
That’s it. One person.
They didn’t have all the answers. They just decided that the girls in their corner of the world deserved this and they leaned in to learn more.
None of our Site Directors are the same. They come from many different walks of life. The one thing they all have in common? A desire to make sure the next generation of girls has the tools to know their self-worth, build resilience, and develop connections.
