When someone bravely says YES to becoming a BIO Girls Site Director, they never know what kind of impact the program will have within their community. Site Directors work together with a Marketing Lead to create a volunteer team of mentors who spend 12 sessions encouraging girls in their communities. Positive relationships are formed and seeing the transformation in the girls is priceless.
