NWND Fund for Girls Awards Minot Area BIO girls Programs

For the second year in a row, the Minot Area Community Foundation’s NWND Fund for Girls has generously granted funding for Minot area programming.

Because of support like this, BIO Girls programming can continue to expand to more girls in the community.

In 2026, Minot will host two BIO Girls programs to serve girls in different times of the year and with different program types.

Minot’s summer program is currently underway with participants almost half way through their season! This group is working towards a 5K finale and is a running program.

Minot’s second program this year is an ART program! Art teaches participants progress over perfection and how they can be messy and mighty in their work. This program starts in August and has room to welcome more girls!

Our hearts are overflowing at the opportunity provided to impact girls in the Minot area.
