Volunteer Highlight — Amanda Gramm

meeT AMANDA GRAMM!

Kindness is Contagious.

Amanda volunteers her time as a mentor at the BIO Girls Alexandria, MN site. We are so inspired by Amanda’s time and passion that she has put into changing young girl’s lives.

Amanda– thank you! Our team, the girls you have made an impact on, and the Alexandria, MN community sincerely thank you.

  • Why do you love volunteering for BIO Girls?

    • To encourage the girls within our community to be the strong individuals they were created to be.

  • Do you have a favorite lesson or mantra?

    • Kindness is Contagious is my favorite lesson!

  • Do you have an impactful story to share from your volunteer experience?

    • At the beginning of each season we tend to see the shy side of each participant and sometimes the feeling that they cant accomplish the goals we set for ourselves. By the 3rd or 4th session they have come out of their shells & show their strong individual personality. And have come to the realization that they can accomplish anything they put their mind & soul into. By the last week the girls have new friends & found their goal crushing mindset.
