As a passionate advocate for community connection and meaningful experiences, Elle felt a call to the mission and impact of BIO Girls. Joining in 2025, she was excited to step into a role where her creativity, organization, and heart for service could make a difference. 

Elle earned her degree in Strategic Communication and has built her career in events, community engagement, and marketing. With experience in nonprofit work and event coordination, she brings a people-first approach to everything she does!

A proud North Dakotan, Elle loves spending time at the lake, traveling to new places, and with her friends and family. When she’s not working, you’ll find her shopping, grabbing coffee, or trying a new workout class.
