Courageous. Survivor. Supportive.

Kristen joined the BIO Girls team after connecting with the values of the program and seeing the positive influence it provided her two daughters. She believes it is a blessing to be part of an organization that helps young girls gain confidence and build self-worth. Kristen received her degree from NDSU in Human Performance and Fitness, where she also competed on the NDSU Women’s Track and Field team and was a 9-Time All-American. For the past ten years, she has been a stay-at-home mom, while raising her two girls and working part-time with the West Fargo School District. A 2019 breast cancer survivor, she is passionate about spreading awareness and living each day to the fullest! In her spare time, she enjoys all things track and field, golfing, playing pickleball, and watching her girl’s sporting events. Kristen and her husband Mark, reside in West Fargo and are the parents of two daughters, Olivia and Ava.
