Laura Scott joined the BIO Girls team in 2021 after spending 11 years in health care – including roles in donor stewardship, grant development and administration, and most recently leading performance improvement initiatives. These experiences have cultivated Laura’s passion for leading individuals and teams to make an impact on the greater good, specifically in rural locations. Laura has a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Concordia College in Moorhead and a Masters of Business Administration from Ohio University. As a mother of two daughters, the BIO Girls mission resonates deeply with Laura and drives her commitment to ensure girls are empowered to achieve their full potential. In addition to her amazing daughters, Laura and her husband have a dog who is the star of the family (and the BIO Girls office!)
