BIO Girls Awarded $5,000 from Bismarck Marathon

BIO Girls is one of 28 organizations to receive funding from the 2023 Bismarck Marathon presented by MDU Resources.

“These contributions reflect our commitment to our community’s health and well-being and the important work these organizations do to further our mission of promoting a healthier Bismarck,” 2023 race co-director Josh Askvig said. “We are excited to see the positive impact these donations will have.”

The BIO Girls footprint is growing in the Bismarck-Mandan community. The dollars received this year from Bismarck Marathon will support not one, but six BIO Girls program locations in the Bismarck area.
