With this prestigious award, winners can designate a $1,000 grant to a 501(c)3 youth sports organization through the Play it Forward Program of the Gatorade Foundation. Ihmels selected Fargo, ND-based BIO Girls, Inc. to receive her grant.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Our friends at Valley Christian Counseling, are sharing faith-based mental health tips, reminding people that healing and peace are possible through Christ-centered care and community support.
