Fueling Confidence: Aerie Real Foundation Awards $7,500 Grant to BIO Girls

We’re thrilled to announce that BIO Girls has been awarded a $7,500 grant from the Aerie Real Foundation as part of their 2025 Community Grants initiative! This incredible gift supports our shared mission of building confidence, fostering inclusion, and improving mental wellness for the next generation of strong female leaders.

BIO Girls is honored to be one of the many inspiring organizations selected by the Aerie Real Foundation. This year, the Foundation is distributing over $192,700 in Community Grants to nonprofits across the country that are making a meaningful impact in their communities—thanks to the generosity of Aerie’s customers (The #AerieREAL fam).

At BIO Girls, we believe every girl is enough, just as she is. Our evidence-based programming helps girls in grades 2-6 develop self-worth and resilience by combining small group mentoring, research-backed curriculum, physical and creative activities, and service to others. Through this approach, we’ve seen measurable improvements in anxiety and self-esteem in the girls we serve.

With this generous support from the Aerie Real Foundation, we are one step closer to reaching 3,000 girls in 2025 with preventive mental health programming that strengthens confidence and connection.
